Order Cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours from successfully placing your order. Please note - Cancellation or change of item will not be accepted once packaging and shipping process has started.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only accept return if the product you receive is wrong item, defective, damaged or wrong size. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of Gift Cards.

To start a return, you can reach us at our Contact Us Page with message started with 'Return with [Your Order No]'. if your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at our Contact Us Page with message started with 'Issue with [Your Order No]' immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control {e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
