About shipment to USA
All orders take between 1-4 business days to be fulfilled.
Regular Shipping will take around 2-3 weeks till arrival after shipment. We will first ship your package to our USA warehouse and then have your package shipped domestically via USPS. The tracking number will be provided to track your order.

How much does shipping cost?
Will I need to pay duties on arrival?
Depending on your order and destination, duties may be charged when the product arrives.
While we are happy to assist with any questions regarding duty, tax, or import fees through our email at contact@rainbowscandy.com, please be aware that Rainbowscandy is not responsible for any fees incurred upon importing your product. We advise checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours from successfully placing your order. Please note that cancellation or change of item will not be accepted once the order has been processed or shipped.
Can I return or exchange a purchase?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you’re not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

When can I expect my refund?
A refund takes up to 10 business day to be credited back.
If the item return without any issue, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
