Shipping Policy

Rainbowscandy is a company which operates with their partners internationally and we are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 150 countries worldwide. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

1. Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

2. When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

Once an order is confirmed, our warehouse will take estimated 2-5 working days to process your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email to track your item. Please allow an estimated 10-20 business days for your order to arrive to the US, Canada, Europe and Asia (varies from product to product), other countries can take an estimated 15-30 business days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs clearance. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

US orders are shipped by USPS, while orders from other countries will be shipped via your local carrier depending on the shipping address provided.

3. What will happen if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with full tracking, if possible. Please refer our Returns and Refunds Policy when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

4. Will I be charges for customs duty and taxes?

It is clear that all shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. 

If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
